The HSE Coordinator serves as a liaison between external clients and management in matters of safety and compliance to ensure the highest standards are achieved. The HSE Coordinator works directly with management to realize improvements in safe work processes and procedures while coordinating with operations to ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork and safe work practices. General Superintendent

The General Superintendent (GS) develops, leads, and oversees the installation crews, subcontractors and suppliers for all piling projects.  The purpose of this role is to be a bridge between our field group and the office, and to ensure that our mission is being carried out on each of our project sites.  The GS works closely with our operations team and provides technical expertise, mentorship, and coaching to our lead hands, equipment operators, installers, swampers, and drivers. Swamper

The role of the Swamper is to assist the Operator in the completion of a pile installation project from beginning to end, ensuring all customer requirements are met. Drill Rig Operator

The Drill Rig Operator is responsible for operating truck mounted auger drilling equipment, performing pre-drilling operations, and installing cast in place pilings for use as foundation support for buildings and other structures. The Operator plans daily installations, reviews construction documentation, evaluates site conditions, anticipates and solves potential installation issues and assures standards of safety and quality are consistently met or exceeded while maintaining the timeline of the project schedule. Pile Driver Operator

The Pile Driver Operator is responsible for operating track mounted pile driving equipment to drive various types of steel pilings into the ground for use as foundation support for buildings and other structures. The Operator plans daily installations, reviews construction documentation, evaluates site conditions, anticipates and solves potential installation issues and assures standards of safety and quality are consistently met or exceeded while maintaining the timeline of the project schedule. Excavator Operator

The role of the Excavator Operator is to operator various excavators to assist the Drill Rig Operator in the completion of continuous flight auger (CFA) pile installation projects from beginning to end, ensuring all customer requirements are met. Summer Yard and Shop Labourer

As a team member of the mechanic’s shop, the Summer Yard and Shop Labourer assists the heavy-duty mechanics by picking up parts, performing general housekeeping and assisting in the completion of maintenance and repairs. Coordinates with the fleet maintenance team for the purpose of completing projects/work orders efficiently and effectively.
