Roterra Piling is proud to have built over a million helical piles in a wide range of sizes for any and every application. We support the fabrication with a team of in-house geotechnical and structural engineers. We utilize, 3D AutoCAD, CNC mills, high capacity presses, pipe profilers, welders, bandsaws, and other equipment to produce hundreds of piles everyday. We are also able to offer high volume helical pile fabrication for large projects with thousands or more piles and quick turnaround times. For corrosive soils, we offer hot-dip galvanized protection for our piles and caps as an alternative to our bare steel piles. Our range of helical piles is among the largest globally with common pile sizes fabricated between 1 1/2" and 60" shaft diameter with helixes ranging from 3/8" to 2" thick and 6" to 96" in diameter.
